The End of the 6,000th Year Since Creation

The Creation Calendar's epoch (reference date) for the creation of the physical universe is believed to be at sunset in Jerusalem beginning Yom Ri-shon (the first day of the week) on Day 1 / Month 7 / Year 1. This day is equivalent to Universal Time on Saturday, October 7, 3986 B.C.E. on the proleptic (retro-calculated) Julian Calendar. The first Jubilee Cycle commenced at this moment when Elohim separated light from darkness according to Genesis 1:3-5. This moment represents the birth of the world.

The prophet Moses said in Psalms 90:4 that 1000 years was as one day in the sight of Elohim. As time passed, the Spirit of Truth revealed that there was a corresponding theme between each of the seven millennial days of mankind's history and the seven Hebrew Days in the Genesis creation sequence.

A millennium contains 20 Jubilee Cycles where each cycle lasts 50 years.  God told Noah in Genesis 6:3 that after 120 Jubilee Years, or 6000 years, He would no longer strive with man. At the end of the sixth millennium Yahweh the Messiah will grant the gift of eternal life - the Age of Life to all who have believed and have accepted Him as Lord and Savior.

In John 2:1-11, Yahweh the Messiah alluded to the idea that the Marriage of the Lamb will occur after six millennial days are filled to the brim. It was at Cana that the Messiah turned water into wine at a marriage after six waterpots were filled to the brim. This first public miracle of Yahweh the Messiah is deeply prophetic, as it convinced the disciples that Jesus was the Messiah who would rule in the Millennial Kingdom at the end of 6000 years of mankind's history. The 1000 years of Millennial Kingdom then completing 7000 years and 140 Jubilees of mans history on the Earth.

Note on the Torah Calendar (see Month 6 & 7) http://torahcalendar.com/PDF/CAL/SpiritualYear_2015CE.pdf September 14, 2015, Tishri 1 on the Hebrew Calendar and the end of year 6,000 on the Torah Calendar - this Rosh Hashanah (New Year) the Church Age may be concluded. The 2nd day of Rosh Hashanah begins year 6,001 and day one of the Age of Life. See The 7,000 Year Plan (http://torahcalendar.com/PLAN.asp) of Elohim - the Creation Calendar's epoch (reference date) for the beginning of the Age of Life or the Future Age or the Millennial Kingdom would be sunset in Jerusalem beginning Yom Re-vi-i (the fourth day of the week) on Day 1 / Month 7 / Year 6001…this is equivalent to Tuesday, September 15, 2015 C.E. on our Gregorian Calendar... May it all be so! MARANATHA!!

Note: Here is the difference between the current Hebrew Calendar and the Torah Calendar. This year (September 25, 2014 – September 13, 2015) is 5775 on the Hebrew calendar because the Jews count their years from 3761/3760 BC. That is the year of the commencement of the lunisolar calendar, not the year of Creation. In the century following the fall of Jerusalem (AD 70), certain Jewish scholars took the date 3761/3760 BC and assigned it to the time described in Genesis 1 and 2. Thus, the Jews preserved the correct date for calendar calculation but mistakenly associated it with Creation week. According to the best estimates, Creation occurred over two centuries (or 225-years) prior to the beginning of the lunisolar calendar.

Although I believe the Calendar and most of the other information in the linked page, as presented, is accurate, some of the other teachings on this website are not supported by WatchmansView as they are believed to be inconsistent with sound and correct exegesis of God’s Word. Most of the teachings adhere to a strict doctrine of Election and adherence to OT Law whereby only those who are watching for Christ return (know when He is coming), who have kept the correct Sabbath days and are keeping all the Biblical feast days will be saved. They believe in adherence to OT Law not NT Grace “But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law” Galatians 5:18. Please use your Holy Spirit directed discretion if you review other documents on Torah Calendar website, and be like the Berean's who searched the scriptures daily to see whether these things are so.
